  • 1 10 cm Terracotta Tapas Dishes Indivdual servigns

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 1 spicy green pepper
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 100 grams kefalotyri or kaseri
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to 220 celsius or 425 farenheit, standard, no air.
  • Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of the ceramic pot.
  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes and put half the amount in ceramic pot.
  • Slice the spicy green pepper wth the seeds and put half the amount in ceramic pot.
  • Crumble the feta cheese and put entire amount in ceramic pot.
  • Place the remaining tomato and green pepper over the feta cheese in ceramic pot.
  • Add the oregano and olive oil and mix all ingredients.
  • Top ingredients with shredded kefalotyri or kaseri and bake until cheese is melted and golden brown.

  • Serve hot with pita bread or crusty bread.
