Spicy feta cheese and tomato appetizer (meze) served hot in a 10 cm Terracotta Tapas Dishes .

- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 spicy green pepper
- 200 grams feta cheese
- 100 grams kefalotyri or kaseri
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Set oven to 220 celsius or 425 farenheit, standard, no air.
Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of the ceramic pot.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes and put half the amount in ceramic pot.
Slice the spicy green pepper wth the seeds and put half the amount in ceramic pot.
Crumble the feta cheese and put entire amount in ceramic pot.
Place the remaining tomato and green pepper over the feta cheese in ceramic pot.
Add the oregano and olive oil and mix all ingredients.
Top ingredients with shredded kefalotyri or kaseri and bake until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serve hot with pita bread or crusty bread.
